  • Dough ingredients: one and a half cups of flour.
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast.
  • Three-quarters of a glass of water.
  • Two small spoons of olive oil.
  • Pizza ingredients: half a cup of tomato sauce.
  • A cup and a half of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • A quarter cup of pepperoni.


How to prepare

  • Dissolve the yeast in warm water, and leave the mixture aside, until it bubbles.
  • Put the flour in a large bowl, and make a hole in the center of the dough, in order to add the oil and yeast to it.
  • Knead the ingredients well with your hands, until you produce a soft and cohesive dough.
  • Put the dough in a greased bowl, and set it aside. So you rest well.
  • Spread the dough in a medium-sized circle in an oven tray.
  • Spread tomato sauce on the dough, then add grated cheese and pepperoni.

      • Stir the ingredients well, in order for them to be homogeneous, and leave it to boil for three minutes.
      • Add sugar to the mixture, stir it well, then remove the bowl from the stove, and leave it aside until it cools completely.
