How to prepare orange juice


Today I present to you 7 recipes for squeezing oranges with other fruits. This juice is not only useful but also extremely refreshing and suitable for diet.


How to make orange juice

Orange juice with lemon and mint

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Makes 10 persons

Cooking method: boil


The ingredients

  • A cup of sugar.
  • Half a cup of water.
  • Ten large grains of oranges.
  • Five large grains of lemon.
  • Six cups of soda water or soda water.
  • A cup of green mint leaves.


How to prepare

  • Put the sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat, and stir them until the sugar melts.
  • Then add a slice of lemon, leave the mixture on the fire until it boils, and it becomes like a drizzle, then remove it from the heat, and add several leaves of mint.

  • Leave the sugar syrup until it cools completely.
  • Chop oranges and lemons in occasional halves with a sharp knife.

  • Squeezing oranges and lemons with a citrus press, placing the juice in a sterile and clean bottle.
  • Then adding sugar syrup to it, closing the bottle, and stirring the juice a little until the ingredients mix with each other.

  • Prepare serving cups, put some ice cubes in each of them, then distribute a few mint leaves, then pour the juice, taking into account the filling of two-thirds of the cups.
  • Fill the rest of the cups with soda water, and serve directly.


Note: Orange juice with lemon and mint can be kept in the refrigerator for several days.



Strawberry and orange juice

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Makes 5 people


The ingredients

  • Two cups of orange juice.
  • Three cups of strawberries, cut into small pieces.
  • A cup of soda water.
  • Two tablespoons of regular sugar.
  • A tablespoon of concentrated pomegranate juice.


How to prepare

  • Mix all ingredients in an electric mixer until well mixed.
  • Serve strawberry and orange juice with chunks of ice.


Note: It is advised to serve the juice directly so that the soda retains the gas.



Carrot and orange juice

Preparation time: 10 minutes

Makes two people


    The ingredients

    • Two medium-sized peeled carrots.
    • Five grains of a navel orange.
    • A spoonful of white sugar. A cup of cold water.
    • Four to five ice cubes.


    How to prepare

      • Chop the carrots, put them in the blender jug, and add the squeezed oranges.
      • Add sugar, then add water and ice cubes.
      • Mix the ingredients well, and that is how the juice is ready.



      Orange juice and cantaloupe

      Preparation time: 10 minutes

      Serves 4 persons


        The ingredients

        • Three large oranges.
        • A grain of melon.
        • Ice cubes to serve.


        How to prepare


            • Peel the orange, and cut it into cloves.
            • Peel the melon, and cut it into chunks of suitable sizes.
            • Put the melon pieces in the juicer, run them until you get the melon juice, and set it aside.
            • Put the orange pieces in the juicer, turn them on until you get orange juice, and leave it aside.
            • Prepare suitable serving cups, put the amount of ice cubes in each of them, pour the juice into them, and then serve.



            Orange Tofu Smoothie

            Preparation time: 5 minutes

            Makes two people


              The ingredients

              • Two cups of mixed and frozen berries.
              • A cup of soft tofu.
              • A quarter cup of fresh orange juice.
              • Three tablespoons of honey.
              • Two tablespoons of ground oats.
              • 1 teaspoon peeled and finely grated ginger.
              • A tablespoon of granola.
              • Half a cup of fresh mixed berries.



              How to prepare

              • Put berries, tofu, orange juice, honey, ground oats, and ginger in the bowl of an electric mixer.
              • Run the mixer for fifteen to twenty seconds until the ingredients are mixed, and become smooth.



              Orange and Berry Smoothie

              Preparation time: 5 minutes

              Makes two people


                The ingredients

                • Two navel oranges, peeled, peeled off the white layer (pulp), and cut into large pieces.
                • A cup of frozen blueberries.
                • A cup of frozen red cranberries.
                • One scoop of vanilla protein powder.
                • Ice cubes.
                • Granola and skewers of mixed fruits for garnish.


                How to prepare

                • Mix all ingredients in an electric mixer until smooth.
                • Pour the smoothie, and decorate it with granola and fruit before serving.



                Orange and banana juice

                Preparation time: 10 minutes

                Serves 4 persons


                  The ingredients

                  • Two cups of orange juice.
                  • A medium-sized banana, chopped.
                  • Six medium-sized strawberries, sliced.
                  • Three tablespoons of sugar.
                  • Five ice cubes.


                  How to prepare

                    • Four cups are prepared to serve.
                    • Put orange juice, banana, strawberry, and sugar in the bowl of the blender and run it on medium speed for a minute or two.
                    • Add ice cubes, and restart until the ice is smooth.
