How to make tuna salad

Tuna salad

The ingredients

  • A can of tuna.
  • Four leaves of fresh green lettuce.
  • Two medium-sized tomatoes. an onion.

  • Pinch of table salt.

How to prepare

  • Wash all vegetables well with water and put them in a colander until they are drained of water.

    How to prepare

          • One boiled potato.
          • Pinch of table salt.
          • Pinch of black pepper.
          • Half a teaspoon of hot paprika.
          • Two tablespoons of lemon juice.
          • A tablespoon of olive oil.

          How to prepare

              • Put the tuna fish in a food processor with the potatoes and olives, then mash the ingredients together until we get a smooth mixture.

              • Mix the ingredients again until they are homogeneous.

                    • Three packages of white tuna.
                    • One onion, chopped.
                    • A cup of mayonnaise.
                    • A cup of sour cream.
                    • A small spoon of salt.
                    • A quarter of a teaspoon of white pepper.
                    • Two sticks of chopped green onions.
                    • Three boiled potatoes.
                    • Two grains of shredded carrots.
                    • A cup of shredded cheddar cheese.
                    • A quarter of a bundle of parsley leaves.
                    • A quarter cup of black olives, sliced.


                    How to prepare

                          • Separate the egg white from the yolk in small plates, and whisk both of them.
                          • Drain the tuna from the liquid, put it in a deep dish, then add the onion, and stir with a fork until the materials are mixed.
                          • Add mayonnaise, cream, salt, pepper, lemon juice, and green onions to the egg yolks, and stir until completely mixed.
                          • Prepare a glass serving dish, put a few potatoes at the bottom of the dish, and distribute a few carrots and tuna.
                          • Distribute a little egg yolk mixture, a little egg white, a little cheddar cheese, parsley, and olives.
