Baftek Fast

The ingredients

  • A kilogram of beef steak.
  • 1 onion, finely chopped.
  • A teaspoon of soy sauce.
  • Half a teaspoon of white vinegar.
  • A tablespoon of vegetable oil.
  • Half a teaspoon of black pepper.
  • Half a teaspoon of paprika.
  • Half a teaspoon of spices.
  • A small spoon of salt.

How to prepare

  • Put the meat slices in a bowl and add onions, lemon juice, soy, vinegar, pepper, salt, paprika, and spices and rub them well.

  • Put the oil in a frying pan and put it on the fire, then put the meat slices.
  • And leave them on low heat until they are completely cooked, turning them over from time to time.

  • Add a little water if the water has dried out from the meat and it is not fully cooked.


Sirloin steak

The ingredients

  • Six sirloin pieces.
  • A quarter cup of olive oil.
  • Pinch of salt.
  • Pinch of black pepper, to taste.
  • Six grains of chili.


Ingredients for sirloin seasoning:

  • A tablespoon of coffee.
  • Pinch of salt.
  • A tablespoon of sugar.
  • Pinch of black pepper, to taste.
  • A tablespoon of powdered chili.
  • A teaspoon of cayenne pepper.


How to prepare

  • Heat the grill or grill to a high temperature.

  • Put the steak pieces on a large plate and add olive oil, salt, lemon juice, chili, and black pepper.
  • And rub the meat pieces with the mixture well until they are flavored with the taste of spices.

  • Place the seasoned steaks on the hot grill and let them fry for four to six minutes.
  • Turn the steak to the other side until just cooked, or leave it for longer as desired.
  • Remove the steak from the heat and leave it to rest for five to ten minutes.
  • Mix the ingredients for the tenderloin seasoning, coffee, salt, sugar, black pepper, cayenne, and chili in a small bowl and adjust the seasonings to taste.
  • Place the steak on a cutting board, grate the chili mixture directly over the steak, pour a little lemon juice, and sprinkle salt and pepper to taste.


Beefsteak bouncing with minced meat

The ingredients

  • Five hundred grams of minced meat.
  • A teaspoon of onion powder.
  • Grated onion.
  • Half a cup of rusk.
  • A small spoon of paprika.
  • Two eggs.
  • A teaspoon of ginger powder.
  • A teaspoon of soft cinnamon.
  • Black pepper salt, to taste.
  • A large cup of flour.
  • A large cup of rusk for wrapping.
  • Frying oil.
  • A teaspoon of garlic powder.


How to prepare

  • Put the minced meat, onion, paprika, rusk, egg, salt, black pepper, a pinch of cinnamon, ginger, onion.

  • And garlic powder in a food processor and mix them together for a minute or two.

  • Put the mixture in a large dish, then bring a nylon bag and place it on a flat surface.

  • And put some olive oil on it and spread it, then take a piece of the mixture and put it on the bag.
  • And form it in the form of tablets and repeat the step until the amount of the existing mixture ends.

  • Put the remaining egg in a large dish and whisk it with a pinch of black pepper and salt.
  • Then add a teaspoon of milk or water to the egg until it becomes less dense and easy to use.

  • Take the steak pieces one by one and stir them in flour, then in the whisked egg with salt and black pepper, then in rusk and repeat the same step with all the pieces.
  • It is preferable to put the pieces in the fridge for half an hour or an hour until they stick together and then fry them.

  • Put a large frying pan on high heat, put the oil in the pan and heat it, then fry the steak pieces until fully cooked, then serve the steak.
