How to prepare

  • Bring two pieces of parchment paper, put several slices of the steakhouse on a sheet, and spread a little oil.

  • A pinch of salt, cumin, black pepper, and cinnamon.

How to prepare

  • Cut the chicken breasts into thin slices, and season with black pepper, cumin, salt, and cinnamon.
  • Chop the garlic and onions, then add them to the chicken mixture.
  • Mix the ingredients, then put the mixture in an airtight bag, and let it soak in the refrigerator overnight.

  • Put the chicken strips on a paper towel, and leave it for some time until the oil drains.


Chicken curry beefsteak and nutmeg

  • Two eggs.
  • An amount of rusk, to taste.
  • A pinch of each of salt, Chinese kebab spice, nutmeg, curry, and turmeric.
  • ¼ teaspoon of black pepper.
  • A teaspoon of coriander.
  • A quarter of a teaspoon of ginger.
  • Two small spoons of lemon juice.
  • Small tablespoons of vinegar.


How to prepare

  • Cut the chicken breasts into thick slices.
  • Put eggs in an electric mixer, add black pepper, salt, Chinese kebab seasoning, ginger, curry, turmeric, vinegar, lemon juice, nutmeg, and coriander.
  • Mix the ingredients, then put the mixture in a hollow bowl, then put the rusk in another bowl.
  • Dip the chicken strips in the egg mixture, then with the rusk, then set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan on low heat, then add the chicken slices in it, leave it until soft, and turn brown with flipping on both sides.
